Chai was never meant to be light, quiet, or simplified. It was layered. Loud. Full of everything. Whole spices. Milk. Time. Heat. That’s the version we grew up on. That’s the version we kept. We just made it hit.

We start with whole Assam CTC — the same bold black tea that's been the base of Indian chai for generations. Not a tea bag. Not a powder. Loose leaf, the way it's supposed to be used.

Then the spice blend: whole cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper. The way your family did it. We haven't changed a single thing about how you make it — we just added something ancient to the spice blend.
